Cliff Reynolds, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Reynolds is the Director of Great Lakes Innovation and Development Enterprise (GLIDE (www.glideit.org)), a comprehensive regional innovation center, resource hub, and business incubator part of Lorain County Community College (LCCC) that supports the start-up, development, and growth of enterprises, with a focus on technology-based enterprises. Prior to GLIDE, Mr. Reynolds co-founded DIY Home Warehouse, a regional home improvement warehouse retailer, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer and grew the company to 16 stores, 1800 employees, and $220 million in annual sales.

Sean McKibben, Member of the Board
Mr. McKibben is a senior executive health care leader with a proven track record in leading successful operational improvements of health care organizations and is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer of Mount Carmel West Hospital in Columbus.   His significant experience includes:  service line expansion and enhancement, quality improvements, business development, physician recruitment, healthcare finance, graduate medical education and resource utilization.

Matt Sokany, Member of the Board
Mr. Sokany brings over 25 years’ experience with medical device direct sales, sales training, sales management, and marketing, including holding the role of Vice President of Marketing, Board of Directors for Ethicon Endo Surgery, a division of Johnson and Johnson.

Larry Carr, Member of the Board
Mr. Carr is a serial entrepreneur, and was the President and Co-Founder of Tridelta Industries, Inc., which was a $40 Million technology manufacturer of time, temperature and pressure controls in Mentor, Ohio.  Tridelta was sold to Honeywell Industries in 2002 and was the largest employer in Lake County with 800 employees.

Ed McHenry, Member of the Board
Mr. McHenry is the President of McHenry & Associates, Inc., which was formed in 1986 to provide professional engineering services in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering.

Nancy Jager, Member of the Board
Ms. Jager is a senior executive with extensive accounting, finance, risk administration, legal, and human resources experience. For 14 years, she served as Vice President Finance for Agrana Fruits US, Inc., a subsidiary of Agran Beteiligungs-AG, an international sugar, starch, and fruit group headquartered in Vienna, Austria with locations in 27 countries and revenue over $2 billion in USD. Prior to Agrana, Nancy worked as an Audit Manager for Arthur Anderson LLP in Cleveland. Nancy has a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University and was formerly a Certified Public Accountant.

Douglas Carr, Member of the Board; Thermedx Chief Executive Officer, Founder
Mr. Carr is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Thermedx and serves on its board of managers since the inception of the company in 2007.  Mr. Carr brings fifteen years of leadership experience in Manufacturing and Operations.  He was most recently the division manager of SIFCO Applied Surface Concepts.  He also spent part of his career as Division Manager and General Counsel of Tridelta Electronics Products and Motor division, where he led an aggressive business development effort including several European acquisitions. Mr. Carr brings a significant amount of technical, commercial and managerial leadership to Thermedx.
